Nega-Kevmg17 with cold fire. (He is ice type)
Nega-Kevmg17 is an alterned version of Kevmg17 created to kill Kevmg17.
He look like him, has same potential, identical..

Cardboard will be used for that.
Take a big cardboard, cut the form. Place on what you want to paint on it. Spray. Wait until it dry. Voila! Repeat for each layer until the art is done. :D

NOTE: There will have 4 colors used for this. White, Black, Dark blue and a lighter blue.
