Eyy! So this is my newest dutchie. He is an abyss dragon, thus his appearance. He is rather tubby.

Name: Ouijii (pronounced wee-gee)
Age: After the war, but still unknown
Powers: He is very in tune with the spirit world in terms of ghosts and what not. He has psychic abilities, but they are rather weak. His element is spirit, and he has the breath of decay.
Personality: Ouiji is very ditzy, quiet, and rather kind of behind sometimes. He is very lazy and doesn't do much. The mouth in his neck though is kind of like his brains and tells him to do things and what not, but it is in a language that no one else can understand. When Ouiji makes noises, he either makes low groans and moans, or he makes chirps when a spirit or so is near.

Likes: Ghosts, peanut butter, sleeping, relaxing, trees, the dark

The green parts on him glow at night and when spirits are near.
He is a rather tubby dutchie.
He has 9 green feathers on his head, 3 green ones down his back, three at the base of his tail, and 9 at the tip of his tail.

I had a fun time drawing him and I am excited to use him in the future.
