Phil "Pheagle" Adler - Eagle Form: Model Sheet
The quintessential reference of Pheagle for his primary forms as a human football player and bald eagle. This reference features both the front and back of his uniform, as well as references for his cleats and naked eagle body (see next page).
Phil is #00 of the NFL's Philadelphia Eagles professional football team and plays as a wide receiver. He often rips through his clothing during transformations, as he's often unprepared for when it happens.
Claw/talon length is open to interpretation, and eye black is usually only included on football-related images.

Great reference, very comprehensive.
I know it's old art now, but for the record, 150 lbs at 6'0" is actually really slender. Human form Pheagle looks at least 180 lbs in this pic, and judging by muscle mass I'd say he would be somewhere between 180 lbs, 175 at absolute lowest, and 205, at highest. (Compare Tom Brady who, at 6'4", has proportions somewhat slender for a footballer, yet still weighs 225 lbs.)
Similarly, 200 lbs. is extremely low for the eagle form; with 7'0" height and a mass that large, I'd say he's anywhere from 400 to 500 lbs. (Compare Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson, the famous Icelandic strongman and actor, who's 6'9" and weighs in at slightly over 400 lbs.)

???? Human bones make up ~15% of a person's total weight. They're not heavy to begin with. That bird, with a height of seven feet, and a humanoid body shape packed with dense, heavy muscle, weighs absolutely no less than 350 lbs, and very likely no less than 400. I put thought into my calculations.
