I MODIFIED THE DESIGN A LIL BIT (because I was allowed to)

I've been working on her design for about as long as Rail's and had WAAAAAAYYY too much trouble getting anything to work. Then my bf saw this amazing adoptable and one thing led to another AND NOW SHE'S MINE (insert evil laughter)
