While 2016 has been year of ups and downs I think overall the year has seen the world improve/put on the path to improving. It wasn't easy but I guess anything worth doing rarely is.

Humbly I'm quite proud of how much I've improved. To think an art neanderthal like me could actually improve ;3; and if I may continue being hopeful I might be so bold as to say I will never be Squeedgemonster, WhiteMantis etc because I am not them. I'm Lyle Gelbfur, or Gelbfur- whatever :3 and I will never be them because I am me and not them and seeing my work I'm starting to see a style develop. My style it seems is much like me, on the surface; plain and unassuming but below the surface is colorful, fantastical, creative and still somewhat ground in a base of reality (and maybe a weird crush on Gilda). It's weird but I think this is the beginning of something crazy x3
