situs' twin brother, dirvix piri-gasirr
while situs left to live a more legit life as a courier and only occasional secret pirate agent, her brother ended up coming into his own as the captain of his own pirate ship
it's a sleek coral-carved thing that focuses on speed and has only a few cannons. they mostly do smuggling and trafficking
situs' family is all SUPER old school Escalihax, and most of dirvix's clothes reflects that. his bottom half--his layer of corset and skirts--are all extremely old-school dadal style. his overshirt is a parody of brinnesche traditions, with a short cut and an Escalihax general wing fixed to the back
he has two double-barreled powder-shot pistols, a coral sword, claw toe booties, a claw on his tail, and he's drank the ocean. it gave him a magic eye in his arm that makes him really good at aiming things. lucky! his other overflow is on his legs, and lets him run real well and take a long fall without hurting himself. cool!

you can't really lose with drinking, just get things that aren't exactly what you're into
i mean his leg thing isn't super especially useful but it's cool anyways

all races are disgorged fully formed from the ocean when it's time, and each are custom built towards certain ideas
the dadal blueprint is strong and is not very prone to birth defects (unless the mother is sick at the time, then sometimes you get ones with deformed legs or legs that can't support themselves, but this is a world where your soul is a literal physical thing and if you put on a prosthetic limb your soul just animates it like it was your leg only this new leg has spring heels, 16 secret pockets, and a fireworks launcher)
