How does the group function?

Every so often they post a free art journal where people can post their references and there's a chance that one of the artists might draw something for you (it's usually artistic freedom). If something gets drawn for you then you have to wait a month for another thing.

If you ask to be an artist and read the rules then you can dibs the peoples characters you want to draw and draw something for them like I did and you can pick as many or little to do as you want :)
