EXACTLY. also, leomon survives in the mangas. AND HE IS AN AMAZING CHARACTER. it's the anime that keeps thinking he is a plot device and not a character with many fans.....anyways.

also, i work with gel pens too, and yes, they are amazing, specially black, you are right, they give a very nice vintage black.

that season end was weird

true that. The script writers overdid it a little bit with the mature background philosophy of the evolved D-Reaper program and the twist at the end was not really logical in my oppinion.
But Tamers had some cool episodes too

there is this episode with ice Devimon who tries to mainpulate Ruki to leave Renamon behind. Or the episode where Jeri meets Leomon^^ where she keeps calling him Prince Leomon.
The episode with the valley of the wind with Jijimon and Babamon was also cool.

And I must confess that the episode was cool too where it is revealed that Jeri was replaced by a D-Reaper remote probe.

in season 4 Digimon Frontierthere was an episode with Panjirmon - an ice-Leomon of some sort - who fought against the digidestined and was defeated and deleted.
In Digimon Data-Squad Merukimon was also a variation of Leomon with many of his attributes. He was killed by a mad human scientist and absorbed by his machines.
And then there was Patchio-Leomon who was the father of Marcus in disguise. He sacrificed hiseld to rescue his son and was reborn as a human again. But the Leomon shell was gone forever.

So this I think is what they now call the "Leomon-trope" a cool character that allways suffer death in a story^^;

Awwww. :( So Leomon is the Sean Bean of the Digimon-verse, huh? Poor guy.

I remember this series, and Jeri and Leomon's rather sweet relationship though sadly with the tragic ending and also the unfortunate tradition that Leomon always dies and gets treated as a joke and I think overlooked by some because of that, with him really being one of the nobler and more heroic characters deserving of being highly regarded. Just a pity that the writers I think tend to treat it as a joke as well, but I think it's best to ignore that and just try and appreciate Leomon as a character.

I suppose though it could be an excuse to draw Leomon in bondage with the excuse of 'keeping him safe' and so by no means solely for enjoyment's sake if anyone asked.

Again I think the gel markers are working very nicely, so I hope you're enjoying making use of them.
