Best animated movie I have seen ever, I didn't see any live action movie I found entertaining more than once in theaters before I got a copy on DVD, but Zootopia I had to see twice. No regrets, I am a prod member of the furry community and a fan of this movie. Not a lot of bears but I found myself emphasizing with the crazy fox. I do hope this means that the chances of a sequel have gotten better. No matter what else becomes cannon I want to see as many parts of this franchise as possible.

I love Zootopia and all and it was a darn good movie but Kubo was a work of art, a masterpiece in comparison.

I never even got wind of this one. Just looked it up, watched the trailer and bought it. Looks like a good one all right but I'll save my comparison till after I've watched it. >:3
BTW thanks for mentioning it. I'm always on the lookout for new animateds to watch! XD

It is not CGI. No, CGI would have been easy. Remind yourself that as you watch it.

CGI or not makes no difference to me. Story line and visuals do. I don't like a movie more simply because it's made a certain way. Though I did notice from the trailer that it had a very different texture and look than most animateds I'm used to, and I did like what I saw.

As was anticipated! But I'm glad it did!
Now for the sequel and possible TV series :D

This is a good thing. I don't care for a lot of the things Dizknee Ink has pulled since Unca Walt shuffled off this mortal coil fifty-odd years ago, but Zootopia may be the best thing they've ever done! Move over, Robin Hood!
