A new character, with his initial character reference sheet by the incredible  chibi-marrow

Name: Randal Thoral
Species: Western dragon, dragon-kin
Height: 6'
Weight: 200lbs
Build: slim build, good physique
Hair: None
Eye color: Golden, or as humans would call it, "hazel"
Skin: His scales are an eerie cobalt blue, which reflects light in strange patterns on close inspection. His abdomen is of a slightly lighter sky blue.
Hands: A human-like hand with 4 fingers and an opposable thumb. He has short white talons that extend just beyond his fingers. He usually keeps the talon edges rounded, but maintains a sharp point at the tip. His palm is the lighter blue like his abdomen. The back of his hands have raised and thicker ridges of scales a darker blue, excellent for defense.
Feet: Randal's feet are much like his hands with regards to talons maintenance and coloration. The only real difference at his legs have only four talons, with no thumb equivalent.
Horns: Randal has two horns protruding from behind his head, following the line of his eyebrow ridge. These horns are silver in color, and have a natural luster to them.
Golden Ridges: Along Randal's eyebrow ridge, and also in a twin line down his spine, are bone like structures that protrude from below his scales. These ridges are golden in color, and as strong as diamond.
Wings: Randal's wings are each about 6 feet from tip to mount when fully extended. The skin between the fingers of the wing structure is a darker blue, similar to the ridges on the back of his hands and tops of his feet, while the fingers of his wings are the same lustrous cobalt blue of the rest of his body. The talon at the tip of his wing is the same sharpened white as his hand and foot talons.
Tail: His tail is thick and prehensile, used mostly as balance and counterweight, contributing little to his flight abilities in terms of maneuverability.
