For the past three months I have studied 3D-animation from scratch now investing a good chunk of my time into it.
It's not the first time I've done something in 3D, but it has been very very long ago since I experimented with some 3D stuff (must have been in 2007 or so). So this is my very first attempt in animating a 3D-character.
For my first project I decided to animate Lugia, because there are plenty of references online for this character and I decided to use the motion of my other butt wiggle animation with Charizard ( http://www.furaffinity.net/view/20022735/ ) to test out how things translate into 3D. (Also, I like Lugia D'OH :P)
The model was built and animated in Blender (because it's free) and I generally had the impression that this program had a very steep learning curve... But I could cope with it, also thanks to my Friend
doublescale which is kinda a Blender expert and helped me with lotsa questions. Thank you! <3Now enjoy the wiggling. :P
