This is definitive proof that this Lucario is 'Boricua'. You may be wondering what's in his mind at thas moment. For those who want to know, it would be Puerto Rico's national anthem, "La Borinqueña" (with Lola Rodríguez de Tió's revolutionary march lyrics, not the official one).
This image took me about 9 hours in the making, mainly in sessions ranging from 1 to 2 hours.
