Well, this was the return. The character is owned by her so no touchies. The character's name is Fellixe (prounced Felix) or just Felli. Originally she is not an anthro character just like Liza is not a quadroped. But I took her description of her human form and her quadroped and combined them. Quite happy how she turned out and it's funny because something about her actually just says Tiff.
