...I saw Star Wars when I was 4yo at this location
it was called Bluffs Theater & now its a dept store called Teacher's Corner & More
yes that is the original CBS-FOX VHS tape I'm holding

well when I was watching in the balcony I think
The film broke just as Liea gave R2 the card

LOL so the film strip in the projector snapped while you were watching the film in the theater, i imagine that was quite the disaster. XD

Yeah they stopped using the old fashioned film strip reels and projectors in theaters several years ago, films are digitally projected onto the screens nowadays.

The modern digital projection in theaters does make it to where things like film breakage and projector malfunction are no longer an issue.

Bull, we had a Blue Screen of Death in the middle of a film and they had to reboot.

Place I saw Star Wars is gone now too, very sad.

Yeah, mom said there was a Chewbacca character greeting patrons.... scared my 7 year old brother. He to this day is scared of Disney characters.... have not told him I'm a furry I'll just wait till I have my suit! I'm such a good little brother
