As a storm thundered above and rained below, everyone was warm and snug in their homes, all... but one.
A lil feline hybrid cub laid in a old box shivering from the chilling winds that blew by and the sounds booming around.
He opened his eyes to look out seeing the heavy rain fall from the sky and the flashes of light from lightning.
He had no home as he was not wanted, being seen and called a 'freak' and 'monster' and 'demon spawn'.
He didn't know what those words meant, but the energy and tone made him feel ill before he then sees them walk or run away.
He looked at the sky seeing a single star though the clouds shimmer as he wished and wondered if anyone would accept him.
