It's a scene from Lucasfilmgames's (LucasArts today) game "Secret of Monkey Island". LOOM is another game made by them, so it's just advertising.
If you haven't played Monkey Island DO IT NOW.

LOOM is abandonware today so you can't buy it anymore. But you can download it for free and legally at http://www.abandonia.com/en/games/21/Loom.html. You will probably need an emulator like ScummVM (google it). There will be problems with the sound, so make the emulator use FMTowns midi.
