First things first: while I am the one who identifies with Picard most often, it should never be forgotten that he is a shared characters between myself and
stupidshepherd!
Other Info:
• He drives a white 1959 Cadillac Eldorado
• He also owns and occasionally rides a green Vespa.
• He wears a white V-neck shirt underneath his coat (usually). Sometimes tacky Christmas sweaters in winter that no one can see so he feels no shame.
• He considers himself bisexual, even though his significant other is non-binary like himself.
• He frequents a bar his best friend owns called "The Pink Flamingo".
Relationships:
Harlin: Picard hesitates to say he loves Harlin, but in truth he really does. Because Harlin relies on him so strongly, he holds a sense of responsibility in caring for him and being there for him whenever possible. He finds immense frustration in the boy, what with dealing with his mental and social disorders, but he has grown much patience with him. He tries to help the boy get out of his shell, sometimes to the point of stress for him, but he means well. Harlin considers Picard his best friend, despite being an adult. Picard does not know what to consider Harlin, perhaps something like a little brother though not quite to the level of a son. Nicknames: "Child" and "Boy"
Keyona: Picard's best friend, the two have known each other for a handful of years, having originally met in Keyona's bar "The Pink Flamingo". Picard trusts Keyona the most out of everyone as she is a dedicated and genuine friend, willing to drop everything to help him. Keyona is not shy to yelling at or scolding Picard when he screws up or thinks about doing something stupid. Picard is aware that Keyona is also protective of him, thinking him as a defenseless and foolish man, but he does not know the extent at which Keyona truly worries about him. Nicknames: "Keykey" (teasingly after he heard Audrey say it)
Audrey: Picard met Audrey at The Pink Flamingo and developed an almost instant crush on him. The two pursued a strict "Friends with Benefits" relationship for the first few months, but the two eventually became inseparable and are presently dating. Audrey and Picard are usually complete opposites and others find it peculiar the two are even able to be together. Audrey is one of the only people Picard does not always dominant over, and Audrey can force him to see his wrongdoings to a different extent than Keyona. While Picard does not want to admit that he cares deeply for Audrey, it's more than obvious to everyone else around them. Nicknames: "AUUUUDRAAAAY", "My Russian", "Sputnik" (to annoy him), and a few others.
Linda: Picard is physically attracted to Harlin's MILF of a mom, and he isn't afraid to flirt with her any chance he gets. Outside of that, he is indifferent towards her as a person. He often finds her manners of parenting to be questionable, but respects her more than he does the boy's father. Nicknames: None currently
Harlie: Picard and Harlie, the boy's father, do not get a long even remotely. Picard disagrees with much of Harlie's parenting tactics and it's not uncommon for the two to exchange salty remarks or downright argue. Still, the two can find quiet moments where they can agree, but the two have so little in common that there is not much room for conversation. Nicknames: "Pops"
Character History:
Picard began life as a tail. To be more specific: he was one of the voices of Harlin's original anthro form which the boy's delusions inferred to be coming from his own reptilian tail. He was a trouble maker and downright evil, forcing the child to do dangerous and ridiculous things. At one point, the delusion grew stronger into Picard forming his own anthro form that only the boy could see, though some canons he was actually physical and would cause evil and mayhem wherever he went. At some point, a human version of him was crafted inspired off of Randall Flagg/Walter Padick from the Stephen King universe, which was the origin of his last name. He grew to be his own entity, however, and his evil and cruel personality shifted into what he became today after his development throughout my 2013 NaNo novel PICARD: A Man and His Boy. Hilariously, a bit of Picard, including his soap shop job, came from a real fussy dude we met at the same type of soap shop. We miss that dude. Picard is apart of a series of AU's, including him as an Ambivian, rozenich, and naga, amongst other lesser-used ones.

Thanks! And I know right? I felt strangely bad for awhile because I thought maybe it would be offensive to have him with like green hair and stuff being Native because it's not something you usually see but... he's still a person who's unique to his own, and I can't see him being any other way ^^
