This is really cool! All of the abilities feel flavorful, fun, and perfectly in RG!
To clarify your wonder regarding loyalty counters, he'd reenter the battlefield with his starting loyalty, since cards that ETB from the graveyard or from exile are treated as being different from the cards that were originally cast. Rules, haha.
