Hehe never posted this one of Cosmo and his collar.
Started as a gag after MFF 06 and a rather stabby hug by
animecat "I have to hug so cute and *stab* painful" that continued at AC the following year when 
xianjaguar made the wonderful con badge for him adding the eyeball to the collar (love it soooo) and had to make it reality after that adding the foam eye XD
Oh and the collar was made by Shadow over at www.feastofdreams.net ;)
