I'm super happy to be the artist drawing this for my dear Platinpanther <3
This is a raffle to celebrate his 400 watchers! (+444 now ^^ )
and this is important, to enter you have to be watcher of both of us

If you win your character will be drawn on the right character slot, the left one will be one of 
Platinpanther's female characters, winner choose which one :3

as for the rate it can be NSFW, but if Mizuki is choosen it will be SFW, otherwise can be NSFW if wanted by winner
(Outfits can be changed these are just examples) >:3
Atrtwork will be completed as a soft shading with a normal to detailed background, more things will be added because it's Halloween 🎃
