After reprimanding the Caitian officer cadet while he was at the Cat's Eye Pub, I call and speak with his commanding officer about the disturbance he caused. I recommend that the punishment be a reprimand for conduct unbecoming of an officer and a gentleman and that his off base privileges be revoked. I tell his commanding officer that I ordered him to report to his barracks at once.
