This stars a bizarre character form the game “Cosmos’ Cosmic adventure”. He has two plungers instead of hands.
In this pic, he’s trying to climb up a giant mushroom from one of the in-game levels. This isn’t made easy by the thick padding he’s wearing, or his obese gut from eating a huge hamburger (probably one of the Grand Macs).
