This piece started off with me just messing around in GIMP trying to see if I could get the inspiration and motivation to do another piece of art and it evolved into the background (and foreground rain) that makes this picture. I normally don't do many pieces at this specific size but this was the size I chose when this was just a wallpaper-like art.
