Abyssal was the type of kid that had virtually everything provided for him that he could need. A roof over his head and
food in his tummy. But something that he lacked was parents at home to greet him after school. Don't get things
wrong, his parents love him, but they were hardly ever there. The relationship he had with his houses caretaker was
stronger than with that of his parents as they were always away on business and doing the work that was needed to
provide for him.

It was a double edged sword that Momma Zaryn was completely aware of and sadly reminded of everytime she'd see
little Abyssal go home after spending an afternoon after school with her lil Shurichi Drayk. From a happy little boy
with the biggest smile while spending time there, to a depressed little boy with little to look forward to when he'd
make that walk back home. Momma Zaryn watching from the window as he would disappear over the hill.

One day however as Drayk and Janarr came home, she was happy to see that Abyssal like most days was
accompanying them. Once inside she asked Abyssal to join her upstairs in Drayk's room. As instructed Abyssal headed
on up with her and of course lil Drayk was quick to follow from curiosity. The two of their faces lit up when they saw
that Drayk's normal bed had been replaced with a brand new Bunk Bed in its place. Drayk immediately hopped up
onto the bottom bunk, eyes fixated against the underside of the upper bunk. Abyssal however was curious, looking up
at the top bunk for a moment before Momma Zaryn picked him up and set him down on the top bunk.

"This is so cool! Think of how neat this will be for sleepovers!" Abyssal said excitedly.
"I'm glad you approve hon, but this won't be for sleepovers." Zaryn replied.

Immediately Lil Abyssal's face seemed to sink. The idea of being
able to spend more time with his Shurian friends being pulled away.

"I was able to get ahold of your Momma and Papa the other day. They love you very much, and I let them know just how much you enjoy being here with your little friend Drayky." Zaryn added.
"I love being here alot Misses Dagger." Abyssal nodded in return.
"Mhmm, that's why your parents and I have agreed that this Home will be your home too. So this is gonna be your bed, and you can stay here as long as you wish." Zaryn smiled

Abyssal's sunken expression quickly started to become one of tears and joy as he realized what it was she was saying.

"T-Thank you Misss Dagger." Abyssal sniffled back.

"You're welcome hon, and from now on, you can call me Momma Zaryn." Zaryn added.
