Okay this is really nice so far, I do have a few things to suggest, first off maybe color code the bubbles, I know from playing other games that I got good with seeing the color and knowing what to hit, rather than what row it's in. Also can it be set so the bar where you what to hit the bubbles is more clear, or have a point where the bubble over laps a circle where you want to hit it at for a perfect. But that's something I'd personally change.
Other wise it runs fine, might want to add a "loading bar" for when the game launches cus I almost tried to launch it twice. But I like it so far, and hope to see more with this.

I've gotten a few comments about the bubbles being hard to distinguish, so I'll look for better ways to make it easier to tell which key to hit. Ideally, the time to hit the bubble is when it completely overlaps the circle, in time with the music... is that not enough to get consistent blue flares?

Well it took me several attempts to get the 100% but I think it was just adjusting to it. But I'd add some indicator that might be a bit more clear, like at first, i thought it was just before it hit the where you are meant to hit it. Once I had done it enough I figured it out and got it. Also it took me a minute to see Blue was a perfect, Green was good, and a yellow was an OK. Maybe add something like that at the top near the score so they player knows.
And it's not a big deal, but would like to recommend adding it so they don't try to double open the program by accident.
But as it stands now, it's really good, i hope to see more songs, and more from it. I can appreciate the work in this, I've worked with small games, but I know just how much work goes into this.

Also, as I kept going, it seems that the animation is causing the lag and making some notes out of sync. And while I was playing the hardest, it seems like the bubbles per lane were hard to distinguish... I suggest instead, have different color per finger, with the middle two one color, then lanes 2 and 5, then 1 and 6. I also suggest a subtle line to show each lane.. I think it'll help
