So... With the first Cyberkaj image, I stated that it wasn't intended to be his new canon. And with the second I mentioned that I was considering it. After a lot of thinking and considering... I finally decided to make the jump. This is the newest, most Up-to-date kaj that I have, and I am super happy with Ratte's work on this piece. It really looks amazing.
So, this is the new Kaj. I don't view it as a differen't character compared to who he was, just... further along in his story. The older pictures I have are just as much Kaj as this and future ones are, with the exception being that they're either merely before he got the augments, or him wearing very realistic limbs. He has a plethora of different limbs for different occasions. This also helps for artists to be able to draw his limbs a little different without it being "bad" or "wrong" to have a different art style.
The Spine and tail markings are the only ones that are really 'canon' as far as his markings go, with the rest mostly being artistic creativity.
I'm not entirely sure what else to put here, so... yeah. this is Kaj.

I haven't decided 100% what happened to make him get all of these augments, but yes, they come with a plethora of different features to enhance the quality of life. And if that limb lacks such a feature, I'm sure he has another one somewhere that can step up to the plate, so to speak, hah.
