Yes, and I actually prefer copics to Prismas, however, they are twice as expensive and if you are just starting out with markers I highly recommend getting prismas first. Copics are at the top of the professional marker line and are basically gold to artists. If you plan on starting to work on markers I would work your way up from prismas so you can get a feel for the marker and how it works, once you're good with prismas then you can consider copics.
