A follow-up to the previous picture. Apparently, Jay and Zig were preparing for Julee's (Jay's girlfriend) birthday party. Zig challenged Jay to a duel, where each tried to inflate more balloons in a set period of time. Jay brought an Inflat-o-Ray gun, while Zig used his magic. However, for some reason, Jay's ray gun malfunctioned and ended up zapping him instead; why did it malfunction is a big mystery, though. : . And, to add an insult to injury, Zig decided to "put him to good use", and presented Julee, who seems to have just arrived, with this wonderful balloon. :B

Zig: "Happy birthday, Julee! I got you a roo-balloon!"
Julee: "…"
