randomly on the internet, but one site i like to use is design-seeds! but i often dont just take palettes from one source, i tend to mix and match em and modify them myself usually to personalize them more, plus to help color balance since taking palettes flat out often can be a little boring for me ;w;/
i would also suggest if you ever have the chance, take a color theory class! or just research it online! it helped me understand colors and i see them in a completely different way now than before i had taken one! i mean, i still was pretty okay at using them but i learned how to harmonize in design with it!
oops i accidentally didnt reply--
maybe a longer course could help? one of my main classes for one semester was just color theory and i learned way more than the basics in one huge semester that dedicated itself to it so that may be something to look into too! fast color theory classes really only focus on basics but not the way colors change and compliment eachother past red and green are complimentary etc
like we did a lot of assignments that required colored papers and creating our own palettes and finding out how certain colors would modify and change another by being placed next to it. really neat stuff, but stuff youll probably only learn through a full course dedicated to it :0

yeah it was REALLY intensive and i learned so much through it! i started applying it to my own designs and it made me pickier so stuff i worked on would take longer, but the results in the end were worth it! loved that class, ill never forget how mystified i was at how certain tones of other colors would wash out or saturate and change them with just one other color next to it!
very welcome, glad to help!<3
