if that's TL;DR then the short version is that he's a very short, kinda pudgy, crossdressing cyclops dude with wicked sideburns who does secretarial work for Sidney (old terrible picture with explanation on who she is here http://www.furaffinity.net/view/1275605/).
Those two lady dudes at the bottom are workers at the host club/cafe/newly refurbished fried chicken joint across the street. they tease him mercilessly when he walks by. no one has ever seen them wear pants.
