A batch of cookie cups I made for a friend in turn for him fixing my gaming system!

Recipe:
1 package pre-made sugar cookie
8 oz cream cheese (softened)
4 tbsp butter (softened)
2 1/2 cup Confectioners sugar
A splash of vanilla extract
1 jar of Smuckers Triple Berry Fruit and Honey
Granulated Sugar
Fresh Blackberries

1. Preheat oven to 350F, or 325F for nonstick
2. place 1 cube of dough in each muffin cup
3. Use your thumb to create a well.
4. Bake for 11-14 minutes. Once they're done, place on a wire rack to cool.
5. Combine Cream Cheese, Butter, and Vanilla Extract until smooth
6. Slowly add the confectioners sugar until desired texture is reached. Chill in fridge.
7. Once the cookies are cool, use a teaspoon to smear a layer of honey in the cookie well.
8. Let rest in the fridge for 10 minutes
9. Remove from fridge and add a dollop of cream cheese mix ontop of the honey
10. Place a blackberry ontop and sprinkle with granulated sugar.
11. Chill for 10 minutes.
12. Serve and enjoy~!
