Ok, so I love 's Pokemon trainer character Lune, OBSESSIVELY. I was inspired to make my own trainer character, mainly because Fiz used an angry smiley face and told me too >:U

Rogan is a chain smoking leader of a gang of thugs that steal items from the pokemon trainers they beat in battle. They turn around and sell the items on the black market, as well as drugs, specializing in steroid laced poffins to boost up a trainer's pokemon illegally for a fight. Rogan himself uses a Croagunk named Charlie as his main, and a Crobat named Dracula as his secondary. He uses only poison types.

Background:

Rogan was left on the doorstep of an orphanage when he was 3 by his parents. They went off on a expedition into the snowy mountains to explore for new species of pokemon and never returned. They are presumed to be dead. He was a bully and delinquent all throughout his childhood, and finally got kicked out when he turned 13. He lived on the streets and started his own gang of other abandoned or orphaned kids, since it was much easier to get by as a group. As the gang grew and the children got older, they became known as the Toxic Gang, since not only do they specialize in poison type pokemon, but they dealt drugs as well.

Rogan has risen to near infamy throughout the years and is now a full fledged drug lord. He is ruthless, cunning and cut-throat. However he has a secret passion for performing tea ceremonies and flower arranging, which leaves his lieutenants questioning his sexuality.
