Another awesome streamission by 
TKOrca, this time of my shiny metallic Great Dane supervillain Magnus. He's been bound with a plastic muzzle and chains by Identity. (The shades aren't a blindfold, they're part of his regular look.) However, he can still move just enough to use his magnetic powers a little in order to turn the tide of the battle.
