Shouldn't flagalstan be the winner? I believe the bidding was supposed to stop at 10pm PST, and leafuuu's bid was at 10:24 PST, almost half an hour after that deadline.

Well, by your rules they didn't win the spot, Flag did. If they haven't paid the invoice you can tell them their bid was too late and you made a mistake. We all made sure our bids were the last ones before the deadline because we wanted to do this together. Flag won, so he should still get the spot. I'll cover the difference, if it's a cost thing, so flag pays 12 and I cover that other 2.
