This is a transformation from me in a really hansome Peregriffin.

A tingeling warm sensation came over me. little fragile wings started to grow from my spine, developing new joints and muscles. the skin on my hands becoming tough and yellow, wicked sharp and curved claws growing out of my fingers.
I notices my teath were funsing into a beak and pushing out of my mouth, while feathers started to push threough my hair.
My wings grew in more stong and bigger. covering, primary and secondary feathers began to grow on them, giving them already a recognizable wing shape.
my feet turn into paws, a Tailfeathers start growing from my forming rump.
my chest is forming a keel bone and the accompaning muscles I would need to fly.
my hands have lost their human shape and take on more and more the form of Talons, the skin tough and yellow.
my pinky finger is receeding leavong me with three fingers and my thumb moving a bit more to the opposide side of my talons, becoming my hallux claw. my forearms, or rather forelegs, are starting to being covered in a thick plumage, starting from my talons and growing its way up.
my neck and throar is growing more flexible, developing additional vertebrees. I also feel a crop forming and my stomache forming a muscle stomache. my ears become pointed and I can hear more clear than ever. my neck and throat are also covered in feathers, feathers that have by now almost completely conquered my hair, vanquishing any remaining human features. my skull reshapes and my beak grows bigger, my lips and nose start becoming yellow and tough, becoming a yellow cere just like with my talons. I also noticed something really mpleasend. my eyes grew bigger, much bigger. after a stinging sensation in my wyes, I noticed I could see much better than I ever had. I could read a newspaper comfortable from a few hundred meters away.
The changes accelerated, they were coming to a end, I could feel it. by whole body was engulfed in a warm feeling and the changing sensation of shifting bones and organs, taking on their new shape and purpose, making me something new, but I knew, it was what I was ment to be. my bones overcame a melting sensation, when they hollowed out, becoming light weight, but still remarkable durable at the same time.
My plumage was almost finished, just a few feathers were growing into place now, finishing my new and elegant plumage.
my hands have almost become wicked, powerfull and beautiful, strong Talons. My talons just finishing growing to their final length. My wings were huge and powerfull, my primaries were almost outgrown, I could already feel a eagerness to flap them.
my hindsite featured fur on my feline legs and belly, turning to feathers on my back and rump.
My beak pushed out into its final form, just as my skull finished reshaping and my ears became pointy and feathered. I was almost complete. the last few changes were a bit painfull, but I knoew it was worth it. with a final crack, my beak setteld, my skull finished reshaping and my brain reformed into that fitting for its new case.

it was over
the heat of the transformation slowly vanished, replaced by a sense of comfort and power. I looked over me. I was beautiful.
a really beautiful Peregen Griffin. Mighty wings, powerfull talons, a elegant beak and truely beautiful plumage of metal blue on my back, and greyish white at the front, with dark specks on my chest. my feline parts were most resembeling a snow leopard.

my talons wanted to catch prey and my wings ached to fly. my beak was ready to rip some prey apart, my sharp eyes and keen senses ready to spot any prey. As I felt my new Instincts and the urge to hunt rise in me, I felt so alive, like never before.
I knew this is what I wanted to be, what I was supposed to be. A mighty, noble and beautiful Griffin.
