the white mage comes forth from his journey to the tavern of an old friend. weary from his ventures, he slumps onto the table and nearly hits his head. his old friend smiles seeing the work the little guy placed to spread the good nature of magic to the world. lifting him over his shoulder he takes him out closing his shop and lets him rest under the tree where they met. knowing full well their time parts once more soon, he sees the value of what they have and naps aside his traveling friend keeping him close and protected. the mage awakens briefly only to fall back asleep knowing he has his friend there as they rest under the noon sun.
