They have a system where you have a psudo chat room where they can ask questions and you can answer and vice versa. Girl and I ordered in October, stating we wanted them for Christmas gifts...we didn't get them until almost the end of February. Communication got sketchy around the holidays and conventions, which was to be expected. Those were the only down sides.
