Meet Annie's...rather big and intimidating, yet kind boyfriend, Ray Aquos

Ray comes from a rich family located in Sootopolis city, dedicated to jewelry, their jewelry are mostly done with raw material they take from the deepest parts of the sea. When younger Ray used to help his parents with the recollection of the material, main reason of how he got a really built body aside his training sessions. Still at a young age he has shown a big interest in helping people when they need it or when they are introuble. That made his parents be proud of him.

Back in Hoenn, he got his chance to get into a very well-known Battle school, he was excited and ready for it. Altough, that school wasn't what Ray thought it was, the very first moment he got in there people feared him or challenged him for a battle thanks to his intimidating size. He often won battles and the times he lost, he just said "Nice battle!" or something like that, even those words made people hate him and started to go against him everytime they got a chance. One of the worst moments in that school was when one of his rivals took a camera and hid it in the lockers room, they took a picture of him without clothes and posted that picture in the whole school. After a while, Ray didn't attended to that school anymore and continued helping his parents with the recollection for their work.
A time, his family was visited by his cousins, the twins Fey and Lorna, and Marko Hardstep. They all told him how were things in the PCA at Kanto, this made him think about battles again and decided to follow his cousins.

Ray fights in a wrestling style, using combos of his water type attacks and mixing them with his physical attacks.
He might look intimidating, but he is more of a friendly type than a bully, though if you provoke him... it won't end in something pretty for the one who provoked him...
