The glitching is really awesome. It actually makes the eye question what it's seeing. I'm really curious how you drew them and contain the drawing inside of them to look like a piece of the picture that has glitched. Also, the lighting is once again awesome. I also love how you have caught some of the light beams in glitches. I also really like how the single eye stands out with it's own light and brightness.
