Whoah! I never thought I'd ever see Nishi be on the offensive. Everything about the upper-right hand panel is win in that Foxy's expression shows both surprise and pain while Nishi has such a determined look about him as a result of his dedication to Fuxie. Awesome!

Something I couldn't help but find interesting is how the DG Police appear to be on good terms with Cooni. Perhaps, at one time, he was a member? Or, more likely, he is just such a clever fellow that nobody has truly been able to link him directly to The Quick and the Angry?

It's nice to also see Fudgy able to use his powers to help Fuxie. Though, something tells me Foxy might have something to say about that considering how her emotions must be raging right now. Maybe Lesbuni will feel for her and offer some words of wisdom and love before they cart her away?

As a side note, I fear Acara, Darkpaw, and I's roaming troupe may be soon cancelling some touring dates. *sigh* It's kind of hard to put on a good show without your interpretive dancer to help bring the audience into the program. :)

Hehe, even though I don't think I depicted it very well, the only other time Nishi played offense was trying to stop Faux from attacking Fuxie. There aren't many good reasons to fight with others from his yoshi-perspective, other than protecting those you love!

Oh! That part was going to be explained in the next page, but from the looks of it, I don't think it gets explained. Oxnard and Cooni bonded after Faux's death, even if he wasn't very aware of the Q&A, so they have some trust between them.
By the time Lesbuni suggests to the DG/Oxnard that Foxy would hire the Q&A, he knows Cooni is a part of the group. Once we reach this point where the Patahut is surrounded, Oxnard knows Foxy is attempting to go after the Q&A, and can call on Cooni and Chance to help wrap up the situation. (:
And one less evident/important part I tried to also include with that was Oxnard didn't know which fox would be subdued - so he didn't name who to bring out. Cooni could either stand by his team and subdue Foxy, or side with Foxy/Faux and take down Fuxie.
But since that's a lot to handle, that part was left up to the chance of the situation (and Chance from the DG), and Nishi ended up being the one to take down Foxy.
whew that was a lot. @.@

I originally had Foxy saying her farewell to Lesbuni in the original sketch, but since she's knocked unconscious, Lesbuni will have to be the one to speak between them.
And who knows, maybe someone that's fond of Foxy's dancing could possibly fill her role in the troupe until the fox's possible return. (:

Ooh, most impressive. The whole concept of Cooni either turning in Fuxie or Foxie definately adds a new dimension to the story. I gather that, in the end, he's glad that Chance was on-site to handle the situation personally so that he didn't have to make such a difficult decision. After all, neither choice would be an easy one to live with.

A new dancer who is an under-study to the amazing Foxie, eh? Hmm. I wonder who that could be...?

Need to make a "Boing!" sound for when Fatchance's pants fall down. :x
