Historically, it's been used for grenades.
In the context of, "Oh shit, there's a lit fuse in the ****ing foxhole!" the implication being either throw it back, or to dive for cover.
I am not, however, familiar with modern army terminology and brevity codes; my only exposure to that is through Skippy's List and Wiktionary. (tangentally, it's amazing how much military slang will make you laugh... )
For example, picked randomly as my favorite after six minutes of skimming:
blow the DCA
(US Navy) A snipe hunt (see 'pad-eye cleaner') that new sub crewmembers are often sent on in a false emergency, only to find that the DCA is a person--the Damage Controls Assistant, a junior officer usually. (Note: Many tanks on-board submarines are pressurized with compressed are and "blown" overboard. These tanks are usually identified by abbreviations or acronyms and always require permission before being "blown".)
