Adomm's got a trick with dealing with clothing. Quite often her canvases start to notice things early when fur and claws conflicts with clothes, so she developed a technique where she manipulates the thread makeup of the clothing articles and... more or less removes their friction. It causes them to practically fall away on their own, harmlessly and non-noticeably.
She then manipulates their material makeup and fuses them with the ground so they disappear. Otherwise there will be all these threads covering the ground. The longer she can keep her canvases oblivious to what she's doing, the better.
It always amazes me when I watch her. Even though it looks simple, there are so many aspects to her work.
By the way, this is a story Adomm herself had relayed to me (I wasn't actually there), but she was not actively listening to the kid's rant, so I filled it in with things that I would've imagined him to say. It may get a bit odd here and there.
