Yes, another Julie Bunny demo... and this is the one where I either gain a bunch of fans or lose them. I'm hoping for the former and bracing for the latter; believe me when I say that this is nothing but love.
Folks, meet
LaserWolf. He's a self-described raving fanboy and hardcore follower of many independent, underground artists such as Adam Chase, the creator of Julie Bunny. Though LaserWolf himself has enjoyed many, er, adult exploits in the virtual furry world, he's sensitive to Adam's desire to keep Julie G rated; he actually cajoles artists into removing public postings of X-rated Julie fan art. For his efforts, Adam will sometimes draw a free commission for LaserWolf out of gratitude.
This is what transpires as Adam fires up the ol' ustream, so Laser can watch the proceedings.

Eh, it was pretty much just my experience getting my
braford0005 workout posters.

I didn't realize I was leaving clues! But since you bring it up...
I admit, this was my best attempt at a Jersey accent... specifically, Cooper Tom's enthusiastic and somewhat amped-up delivery, which was a huge inspiration for my LaserWolf character. But my East Coast connection consisted solely of my three years in Boston, and the native accents I heard there were heavily filtered by the ethnicity of the speakers. I managed to work up slightly convincing impressions of Maine people ("Wicked good bean supper, ayup!") and Brooklyners (which is what I think I got close to here), but true Jersey eludes me so far.
For a more natural and unguarded clue to my heritage, check out "Security First". I really did try to disguise it, but there are a few slips in that one. Dipthongs flatten out into straight vowels, and straight vowels contort themselves into dipthongs... the hallmark of the Midwestern hillbilly. I have a short clip of my dear saintly mother on my YouTube channel, and so help me she sounds like a deeper, gravelier version of Jed Clampett's Granny.
Oh, and I'm 46 and a half.

hahahaahahaha!
I've been wanting to draw some nice innocent Julie fanart for a while now because I found your account a couple weeks ago and I can't get her out of my mind
but I've been afraid of approaching you because I'm one of the "bad" furries and I was afraid I'd weird you out by association
I'm not going to do anything bad with her (oh heavens no she is too cute for that sort of thing) but my social anxiety still tells me to ask you for permission first! Some people think I shouldn't be allowed to draw their characters in any context

Hi there! Rest assured, Julie loves all her fans, especially when they draw her G rated! Well, that Glock pistol she carries probably pushes it up to PG, but who's counting?
As for the concept of "bad furries"... Julie and the whole project wouldn't exist without the efforts of several artists, most of whom I discovered right here on FA and some of whom are more famous for their adult art. I'm always collecting more LaserWolf pieces to use on our stage set, and this latest one is a prime example...

It's perfectly clean enough to use on stage, but it's also very recognizably Kuma's style, and Kuma has never been shy about depicting adult proclivities. Eventually I'd like to add even more pieces to the mix; Braford and Blotch, for example, are two artists I'd love to commission for LaserWolf pieces. I see it as the equivalent of cajoling Ron Jeremy and Jenna Jameson to nonchalantly appear in a local car dealer commercial. Their fans would whoop with glee, and those not familiar with their faces probably wouldn't even notice anything out of the ordinary.
Because of the nature of the show, it's more likely that LaserWolf fan art would find its way onto the stage rather than Julie fan art. Julie is always depicted as both a human actress and a slideshow projected overhead, so all those pieces have to be carefully storyboarded. LaserWolf, however, is a young guy in his bedroom surrounded by depictions of his own fursona. We're not even close to hitting critical mass on that yet. And while it's true that I probably wouldn't use an adult Laser piece on the set, and therefore wouldn't commission such a thing, I'm pretty sure he quietly collects that stuff when I'm not looking. Don't ask, don't tell...
All that to say... draw away! Julie Bunny related art is a sure-fire way to get faves from me!
