Ugh, fourteen submissions without a single Confetti? This isn't my gallery at all! Anyways, this was so much fucking fun to draw. I seem to forget how entertaining drawing her is, even if I do it all the damned time. Confetti is one of the worst fighters in my roster. She only recently started battling since coming to PCA her third year of highschooling. The last bit of her moves she picked up off of teammates. Nasty Plot thanks to Tessa, Brick Break courtesies of Kyra, Double team due to Jim, Roost all because of Adeline, and Foresight from Geoff.
Oh, and she's supposed to look like a sailor scout because it is her obsession.
