M-pregnancy is an interesting fetish, at least, in the anthromorphic world.
If Nauta's pregnancy happens to get any larger, those cars will be able to use "the highway." Hurray for the highway.

Generally I figure it's cartilaginous enough as an anthro (not as stiff as a non-anthro dolphin's) to be able to lay on to some extent. Granted, it's not as comfortable as laying back as a human would be, but something perhaps I would get used to.
