A good friend of mine has his birthday last week (Sorry for being late u.u) and wanted a drawing like this, then I decided to do it. My second time drawing gift boxes and cakes and I have to say that at least in my opinion they look very good. A really kind padded Sweetie Belle with a birthday cake. Someone can imagine a better birthday present? :P

So cute! The moments leading to her coming out of the box with the cake would be very fun to watch and listen to.
An idea is that Flurry Heart is having her second birthday party and Sweetie Belle wanted to do something very special for Flurry.
So, as every pony is getting things ready for the party, Sweetie and the other crusaders help get Sweetie into a cute diaper. They then help her into the box and tell her to wait for them to signal to come out.
Voices are heard as the party moves towards where all of Flurry's gifts waiting for her to open. Then Flurry toddles in all excited. This has Scootaloo give the signal and then Apple Bloom tips over the box to allow Sweetie to come out all cute with the cake as everyone cries out, "Surprise! Happy Birthday, Flurry!".
Flurry would be all happy and giggling as Sweetie shares she is wearing the diaper so she can be like another foal to play with little Flurry.
