A work of art I made for Fur Eh! 2019 to match the theme of Unifursal Studios which was all about movies and Hollywood. This movie poster is based of of the original 1956 movie Forbidden Planet. I knew I wanted to make something that was alien themed or related and when I saw the pun, I had to take it. The art was used as the back cover of the convention booklet which all con attendees received as well as being printed on a banner and included in the silent auction as well as a full sized framed poster. Between that and the custom metal print I made on aluminium, this piece of art raised $253 for the charity partner The Underdogs Rescue Society which contributed to the insane more than $11,000 which we raised in just a single weekend. I am glad to have been a part of that and am thankful for the staff of Fur Eh! for reaching out to me to use my art as a part of their con.
