Dunno why you don't just look it up. I'll just give you the general about her.
Felicia is, of course, a catgirl. What looks like stickies are actually her fur, so She's always in the nude. She was raised by a catholic nun named Rose, who later died. (I Don't remember how she died) Felicia then wanted to become a popstar, hoping to unite both humans and darkstalkers. In another ending she reverts to being a nun to take care of children, orphanage aptly named Felicity House. She has a happy go lucky personality, and can transform into a feral housecat. she is a quick character in the games, having the best combo game out of all characters. As you can guess, she attacks with claws, but she can also perform really agile (and personally absurd/nonsensical) attacks. One of which is her standing on her tail and extending her legs for a pseudo kangaroo kick. she also perform many flips when jumping which makes her look like a ball. One of her attacks also involves her rolling into a ball to move in. (a lot of people compared her to Sonic for this) She has the biggest bust out of any female darkstalker characters, and she's also the more muscular female. Some of her attacks where considered "suggestive" for example, DHK (Down Heavy Kick) Is a crouching back kick also showed of her booty, in later games where Felicia is in, Capcom made Felicia DHK less suggestive, making her lift her other foot to block the view. (fuck you Capcom)
