normal might not be crazy but it will help you lay out the foundation to defining crazy, cause once you find normal you can find abnormal, from there you can then determine what is considered a psychosis, neurosis, or if it's just the person was born with the problem (mental retardation).
Neurosis is defined as: Neurosis is a class of functional mental disorders involving distress but neither delusions nor hallucinations, where behavior is not outside socially acceptable norms.[1] It is also known as psychoneurosis or neurotic disorder, and thus those suffering from it are said to be neurotic. Once a common psychiatric diagnosis, the term is no longer part of mainstream psychiatric terminology in the United States, though it continues to be employed in psychoanalytic theory and practice, and in various other theoretical disciplines.
Psychosis literally means abnormal condition of the mind, and is a generic psychiatric term for a mental state often described as involving a "loss of contact with reality". People suffering from psychosis are said to be psychotic.
and for lack of better term, Mental retardation is a generalized disorder, characterized by significantly impaired cognitive functioning and deficits in two or more adaptive behaviors with onset before the age of 18. Once focused almost entirely on cognition, the definition now includes both a component relating to mental functioning and one relating to individuals' functional skills in their environment.
So with what is going on in the pic, if I could rule out the activity as normal or not (which I have to have anyone give me a clean, clear cut, definition cause the norm defers from person to person and place to place. Cause an act like this could normal for one and abnormal for someone else). I could rule abnormal and sort accordingly. Wich Psychosis does include the term crazy, so the chances are there.
