The face looks great, it's jus that the anatomy of the body doesn't look quite right, and maybe the fur texture is too spiky.
Also the shading at the end of the tail doesn't match the rest of the image because it's so blended !
But this is all just my personal opinion - I don't want to give tips that I'm not qualitfied to give

Only anatomy thing I can have any "conflict" with is the back leg looks to "sharply" bent up but I've seen cats at weirder angles so...
I LOVE how the black lines flow into/out of the main cat body...it looks like black mists flowing from/thru/to the cat's main body like it's the spirit of the cat...
I like how the wire in the distance fades/blurs...
